1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the vip77 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the vip77 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the vip77 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify vip77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• KYC Verification: vip77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested for identity verification, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: vip77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vip77 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: vip77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported.
• Currency: All transactions on the vip77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vip77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. vip77 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met. vip77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification of identity or source of funds.
• Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments, vip77 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vip77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. vip77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of vip77 management shall be final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the vip77 Platform operate under the following principles:

• Certified RNG: All non-live games on the vip77 Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure random and fair outcomes. vip77 does not manipulate game results.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• Game-Specific Rules: Each game on the vip77 Platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, vip77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify vip77 support within 72 hours of the disputed round. vip77 will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to vip77 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward vip77 staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the vip77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of vip77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from vip77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any vip77 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vip77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.
• Any damages arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond vip77's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vip77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

vip77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vip77 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination, any funds remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to vip77 or subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting vip77 customer support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to vip77's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting our support team with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the above process.

14. Amendments to These Terms

vip77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the vip77 Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. vip77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to review updated Terms.
